Elbit Systems of America a wholly owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems has been awarded a contract from Boeing for the development of the C-17 replacement head-up display (RHUD) for the US Air Force (USAF).

The C-17 provides rapid strategic airlift of troops and cargo to main operating bases, and performs tactical airlift, medical evacuation and airdrop operations.
