Boeing hopes that the partnership will offer a more cost-effective way to improve missile defence mission readiness.
Systematic’s battle management / command, control and communications capabilities are being assessed on Boeing’s testing, simulation and modelling platform, known as the ballistic missile defence integrated test bed.

Boeing Missile Defense Systems vice president of business development Mira Ricardel said that the move will contribute to future capabilities.
“Systematic’s expertise in information management and complex systems integration could contribute significantly to missile defence capabilities we deliver to customers in the future.”
Systematic may also provide its support services to unmanned aircraft systems produced by Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary, in the future.
