Northrop Grumman Systems has been awarded a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification by the US Air Force (USAF) to provide software maintenance services.

The $22.4m contract was awarded in support of the Global Hawk Combined Development / Operational Flight Test Program.

The tasks include software maintenance and flight test for the Global Hawk system integrator and to keep the development programme operating.

The task will support the contractor to maintain and support software for air vehicle, ground and support segments, as well as to participate in planning, provisioning, conducting, analysing and documenting of the programme.
