Boeing S&IS Mission Systems has been awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to continue sustainment of the US Air Force (USAF) combat track II (CTII) sustainment and support systems.
Under the $14.3m contract, the company will support the CTII systems that include worldwide deployments, conducting site surveys, installations and integration, assembly and test, operator and maintainer training.

The company will also provide software / hardware modifications, system integration and retrofits, as well as system performance assessments.
The CTII units will also be equipped with a programmable Sierra II chip.
Work will be carried out at the company’s facility in Virginia, US, with the electronic systems centre, ESC/HSJK, Hanscom Air Force Base being the contracting activity.
