China has staged a second test flight of a new stealth fighter jet prototype, the J-20, from an airfield in Chengdu, south-western Sichuan province, China.
According to the Global Times, the aircraft had made several passes to salute the crowd near the airfield.

Analysts suggest that the Chinese J-20 prototype is expected to be developed as a rival to Lockheed’s F-22 Raptor stealth fighter, which can evade detection by radar.
China conducted the first test flight of the J-20 in early January this year, it was recently confirmed by the government.
