AYESAS is an AS 9100 certified solution provider for aviation hardware and software systems for airlines and air forces. Main products and services range from system-level solutions such as turnkey air defence systems to subsystem / component-level solutions such as harnesses, circuit card assemblies, consoles, and safety-critical software (DO-178B) like digital maps, and traffic collision-avoidance systems.

Circuit card assembly / printer wiring board assembly

AYESAŞ is specialised in the circuit card assembly (CCA) of multilayer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). AYESAŞ CCA infrastructure involves an automated SMT assembly machine, through-hole assembly machine, wave solder, reflow oven with nitrogen option, BGA rework station, automated optical inspection, flying probe, automated de-fluxing system, X-ray inspection, contamination tester, automated conformal coating and dry storage cabinets.

AYESAŞ provides traceability up to component level in all processes. All assemblers and testers are certified in accordance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. AYESAŞ is a CCA supplier within JSF (F35) program for the panoramic cockpit display and missile remote interface units for L-3 display systems and GE aviation.

Wiring harness

AYESAŞ is a supplier of wiring harnesses for design, development and build-to-print manufacturing. AYESAŞ infrastructure involves various types of braiding machines, electrical test stations, various types of markers including laser marker. All assemblers are certified in accordance with IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001.

AYESAŞ uses Catia V5, Catia Electrical Harness Flattening Module, MENTOR Graphics VeSys design and harness tools, AUTOCAD Inventor and Unigraphics. AYESAŞ is able to provide turnkey solutions from material procurement to assembly-ready delivery for customers such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Aselsan and Vestel Defence for the platforms F16, NATO AWACS E3-A, various Sikorsky helicopters and Karayel Tactical UAV.

Avionics Software Development and IV & V (DO-178B)

AYESAŞ is specialised in DO-178B certifiable avionics software development and independent verification and validation service. AYESAŞ performs avionics software development for manned and unmanned, military and commercial aircrafts with qualified engineers experienced in avionics systems. AYESAŞ is certified for CMMI Maturity Level 3.

AYESAŞ performs software development life-cycle processes, which include requirements analysis, software design, coding and software validation and verification. These processes help the company offer cost effective services to customers, with reduced rework efforts. Safety, effectiveness and quality of software are established during design and development processes.

AYESAŞ’s software development processes cover safety critical software development standard DO-178B for aerospace and are also in line with medical equipment industry standards. The company has a digital avionics moving map application to be used in military and commercial aircrafts. AYESAŞ also has Ground Control Station and Air Vehicle Central Computer Software products for unmanned aircrafts well aligned with STANAG 4586,4671,4609,3809 and MIL-STD 1787, 2401. Air defense systems

AYESAŞ provides Turkish Mobile Radar Complexes (TMRC) to the Turkish Air Force as a National Air Defense System compatible with NATO standards. TMRC operates on multi sites with various types of radars, enabling multi sensor data fusion and control. TMRC supports tactical data communications using Link-1, Link-11 and ATDL-1 all developed by AYESAŞ.

Some of the characteristics of the system are surveillance, identification and control of airspace, tactical data communication, guidance for surface-to-air missiles and fighters, weapon control and management, recording / playback / data reduction, on-line / off-line simulation.

Design and supply of subsystems including; development of radar data processing and control, command and control software, development of tactical data links: Link-1, Link-11/B, ATDL-1, Rugged VME workstations, multi-function consoles, communications equipment, shelterisation, logistics support.

Anka-S Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

Anka-S is the serial production variant of Anka medium-altitude, long-endurance (MALE) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which was developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) for the Turkish Armed Forces.
