EMTEQ’s custom suite of LED Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) lighting solutions upgrade the night-vision lighting concept with advanced LED (Light-Emitting Diode) technology to provide military, EMS, law enforcement and search-and-rescue aircraft with longer-lived, more-capable cabin and cockpit systems. Durable and lightweight, EMTEQ’s LED lighting concept has now been applied to dual-mode dome lights, reading lights, dual-mode wash lighting and flexible strip luminaries.

EMTEQ’s NVIS units have been designed to operate at 28 VDC to draw 80% less current than incandescent lights. Ideal for low-level or general area/accent applications, EMTEQ’s NVIS is MIL-L-85762, MIL-STD-3009 and DO-160 compliant, and is available in NVIS Green A, B, NVIS Red and NVIS White.

EMTEQ’s exterior lighting product line is NVG/NVIS compatible as well. Many exterior lights have TSO and ETSO certification and can be customized to retrofit existing applications.
