Cassidian has delivered a Eurofighter Typhoon multirole combat aircraft (MRCA) to Spanish Air Force.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is equipped with twin EJ200 engines and can be deployed for air operations including air policing and peace support, and during high-intensity conflict.
The fighter jet is designed and built by a consortium of three companies including EADS Cassadian, Alenia Aeronautica and BAE Systems.
The plane is also in service with six other air forces, including Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, Austria and Saudi Arabia.
The aircraft will be demonstrated at Seoul Air Show 2011 in support of the South Korean Defence Ministry campaign for the FX-III acquisition project.
South Korea is planning to acquire 60 next-generation fighters, which are expected to enter operational service in 2016.
