IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A. has sold the remaining 60% ownership in Sistemi Dinamici S.p.A. to Leonardo-Finmeccanica S. p. A., a provider of defence and aerospace solutions based in Italy.
The acquisition will reinforce Leonardo’s capabilities in unmanned rotorcraft business.
