Deals this week: BAE Systems, Raytheon, CACI Enterprise Solutions

BAE Systems Technology Solutions and Services Inc has won a $48.49m-worth contract in support of solid state phased array radar systems of the US Air Force.

BAE Systems Technology Solutions and Services Inc has won a $48.49m-worth contract in support of solid state phased array radar systems of the US Air Force.

The scope of the contract includes management, operation and maintenance of the radar systems until August 2018.

Awarded by the 21st Contracting Squadron, based at Peterson Air Force Base, the deal also covers logistic support services.

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems has been awarded a contract worth $52.69m, by the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base, for the production of the three-dimensional expeditionary long-range radar (3DELRR) system.

Until November 2020, the contractor will manufacture three 3DELRR production representative units for the engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) phase of the 3DELRR system.

CACI Enterprise Solutions Inc has won a contract worth $94m to provide engineering services to the US Air Force up until May 2023.

Awarded by the US Air Force Sustainment Center, Hill Air Force Base, the contract requires CACI to integrate, modernise and consolidate computer-based programme sets, test stations and fixtures, as well as analytical software tools.

The US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Robins Air Force Base, has awarded a contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc in support of the DIRECT (defence injection/reception emergency action message command and control terminal) programme.

Scheduled to be completed in June 2022, the $53m-worth deal covers a number of services such as software updates, engineering, field support, logistics support, production, and on-site management coverage.

Harris Corporation has secured a contract to provide sustainment services for the US Air Force’s Distributed Space Command and Control-Dahlgren system located in Dahlgren, Virginia, US, up to April 2018.

The scope of the contract includes engineering support, sustainment of field service teams, software development, and technical orders support.

Valued at $18.98m, the deal has been awarded by the US Space and Missile Systems Center, Peterson Air Force Base.
