Selex Galileo has received contracts worth €110m ($152m) to provide support and service solutions for a number of programmes in Italy.
The contract will provide support services to the Eurofighter Typhoon, Tornado, Grifo radar, simulators and Mirach target drones.
The biggest of these contracts has been awarded by BAE Systems for the maintenance of Eurofighter Typhoon fleets in the UK, Germany and Spain.
Under the contract, Selex will deliver an innovative approach for Italian Eurofighters that will provide a higher level of availability at a reduced cost.
The company will also provide support services to Grifo family of airborne radars and the Mirach 100/5 target drone, currently in use with French armed forces in the CELM test ranges.
