Iran has launched the third generation of Cobra combat helicopter simulators to increase the Iranian Air Force’s training potential.

Air Force Commander Kyomars Ahadi told the Fars News Agency that the simulator had been deployed at an air base in Isfahan Province.

The simulators will help fighter jet pilots to enhance their skills to fly tactical and combat aircraft, according to Ahadi.

The third-generation Cobra has been developed over two years at a cost that is a tenth of similar foreign models.
