Atlantis will continue to provide the Canadian Air Force with a web-based course on secure military individual training and education (MITE) and air maintenance policy.

The Canadian Department of National Defense has awarded the two-year contract extension to Atlantis Systems Eduplus of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The courses will be delivered on the firm’s secure Learninglogics learning management system .

This will enable air force personnel to access the course materials over the internet or from the defence wide area network (DWAN).

Atlantis Systems Eduplus vice-president and general manager Carl Daniels said the course was a unique capability and learning platform that saved the Canadian Air Force millions of dollars in travel costs.

Atlantis is a Canadian firm that has, for the last 30 years, partnered with major companies and air forces to supply virtual training solutions throughout the world.
