Under the contract, SAIC will compete for task orders to provide a range of construction and engineering services including conceptual design, construction, demolition, repair, operation and maintenance to support environmental restoration/remediation efforts.

The multiple-award contract has an eight-year period of performance and a maximum value of $3bn for all awardees.

Work will be performed at the military installations.
