DynCorp International (DI) has received a task order from the US Air Force for aviation maintenance to support the US Army at Ft Campbell, Kentucky, US.
Under the contract, DI will provide maintenance, modification, RESET and supply support for aircraft assigned to the 101st Airborne Division and other units returning from south-west Asia.
The total potential value of the deal is $105m, if both option years are exercised.
The task order has one base and one option year, and is set to begin on 29 January 2011.
DI is one of seven contractors that competed for task orders to provide aviation services under the contract field teams (CFT) contract.
