The Russian Air Force is to be equipped with 100 Sukhoi fighter jets by 2015.
According to Defence Ministry spokesman Vladimir Drik, Russia has signed three state contracts with the Sukhoi design bureau on the supply of the jets.
The Sukhoi fighter jets fleet will include fifty Su-35 Flanker-E multirole fighters, more than ten advanced Su-27SM Flanker multirole jets and five Su-30M2 Flanker-C multirole fighters, reports RIA Novosti.
Vladimir Drik also said the Russian Air Force would receive 25 new Su-34 Fullback fighter-bombers in the next few years.
