Lockheed Martin has been awarded a contract worth $44.1m to manufacture intelligent test instrumentation Kits (iTIK) for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM).
The iTIK kits will be used to support flight tests of JASSM baseline and Extended Range for telemetry and flight termination assessments.
The kits will also be used for other missile programmes.
The Boeing Company has been awarded a contract modification worth $11.27m to produce lot 5B QF-16 full-scale aerial targets for the US Air Force (USAF).
Awarded by the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, the contract will run through April 2021.
Textron Aviation Defense has secured a contract modification worth $18.81m from the USAF for contractor logistics support services.
The contractor will provide basic life support, repair and return, and programme support for the Iraq Peace Dragon King Air 350 programme until September next year, as part of the deal.
Bevilacqua Research Corporation has won a contract modification to provide technical and management advisory services platforms support to the USAF.
Scheduled to be completed in September next year, the contract covers research, development, acquisition support, and evaluation services.
The US Air Force Research Lab has awarded a contract worth $26.3m to Lockheed Martin to design, develop and manufacture a high-power fibre laser under the Self-Protect High Energy Laser Demonstrator (SHiELD) programme.
Lockheed Martin will test the laser on a tactical fighter jet by 2021.
