Asia-Pacific was the fastest growing region for data analytics hiring among air force industry companies in the three months ending February.
The number of roles in Asia-Pacific made up 9.6% of total data analytics jobs – up from 3.2% in the same quarter last year.
That was followed by Europe, which saw a 0.5 year-on-year percentage point change in data analytics roles.
The figures are compiled by GlobalData, which track the number of new job postings from key companies in various sectors over time. Using textual analysis, these job advertisements are then classified thematically.

The fastest growing country was India, which saw 1.9% of all data analytics job adverts in the three months ending February 2021, increasing to 8.6% in the three months ending February this year.
That was followed by France (up 0.9 percentage points), Sweden (0.2), and Poland (0.2).
The top country for data analytics roles in the airforce industry is the United States which saw 82.1% of all roles advertised in the three months ending February.
Which cities are the biggest hubs for data analytics workers in the airforce industry?
Some 7.3% of all airforce industry data analytics roles were advertised in Bengaluru (India) in the three months ending February.
That was followed by Tucson (United States) with 7.3%, El Segundo (United States) with 3.9%, and Huntsville (United States) with 2.9%.
