Ukraine has leveraged its ongoing experience of digital warfare in its war against Russia to create a new cybersecurity training offering.
The Type 26 frigates are set to replace the UK's Type 23 frigates.
Defence Minister Yasar Güler confirmed the revised package, which initially aimed for a $23bn deal.
The contract includes the production of the first 278 vehicles in Türkiye, with the remainder manufactured in Romania.
This marks the first test of the K-4 missile from a submarine, following a previous unsuccessful trial in 2019.
Discussions are ongoing with Poland, other allies, and NATO in Brussels to finalise the relocation details.
