During the test, the impact from the missile exhaust plume on the aircraft engine was studied and temperature data from the aircraft engine was monitored.

An initial evaluation after the firing showed that the missile separated from the inboard pylon station in a normal manner, and the data link between the missile and the aircraft was activated.

The final integration of Meteor missile with Gripen for the Swedish Air Force has begun and is expected to complete during 2013.
