C-130J Super Hercules is an advanced tactical airlifter designed for multiple mission capabilities such as combat delivery, air-to-air refuelling, special operations, disaster relief and humanitarian missions.

One of the two aircraft will undergo maintenance in the US, while the other will be maintained in Indonesia by a US technician.

The maintenance programme, which is expected to cost $15m, will be funded by the US under a foreign military fund (FMF) scheme.
