The US Air Force has awarded a task order to AECOM Technology under the contract field teams (CFT) programme, which provides inspections, maintenance, modifications and repairs of aircraft and ground vehicles at worldwide locations.
Under the $30m task order, AECOM will support the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) at Fort Campbell, by providing organisational, intermediate and depot-level aircraft maintenance support.

The scope of the order also includes electronic component special repair activities on assigned MH/AH-6 series, U/MH-60 series and MH-47 series rotary-wing aircraft and sub-components.
The task order’s performance period is one base year and one option year, while the CFT programme has a maximum value of $10.12bn over a seven-year period through 2015.
