Raytheon Technical Services (RTSC) has formed a number of partnerships with companies to provide integrated operations support to the US Air Force (USAF) space community.

The company is bidding on the USAF launch and test range system (LTRS) integrated support contract (LISC).

LISC tries to unify the eastern and western launch ranges operations and maintenance and the space and missile centre’s engineering and sustainment work into a single range support for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

RTSC president John Harris said the air force LTRS forms a critical element for continued access to space.

Partnership members include General Dynamics, ASRC Aerospace Corporation, ARES Corporation, Schafer Corporation and World Technical Services Incorporated (WTSI).
