KBR’s work under the order involves delivering engineering support services for geolocation tracking, sensor, data fusion and dissemination, as well as unconventional warfare and special operations.

The company’s support services will also cover cyber and spectrum warfare operations, air superiority, command, control and spectrum utilisation, as well as real-time large data analytics and virtualisation.

KBR president and CEO Stuart Bradie said: “Expanding our expertise of air domain awareness to the airforce’s TENCAP programme is an exciting opportunity as we continue to develop and deliver tactical, state-of-the-art solutions to the warfighter community.

“Not only does this contract allow KBR to serve the airforce in a greater capacity, it also aligns with the company’s strategic vision to grow our military portfolio while DoD simultaneously increases its focus on space.”
