The Brazilian Air Force has moved closer to securing a deal for Russian attack helicopters by completing a critical design review (CDR).
The Brazilian Air Force has signed a contract to purchase 12 Mi-35m helicopters and a flight simulator from Russia. Deliveries are expected to begin at the end of 2009 or beginning of 2010.
