The US Air Force (USAF) has received the 1,000th joint air-to-surface stand-off missile (JASSM) from Lockheed Martin, as part of the seventh production lot.
The JASSM is a 2,000lb class weapon with a penetrator and blast fragmentation warhead, featuring a stealthy airframe developed for the USAF.
