Under the contract, the Harris team will deliver technical services to the software development support project.

The services will include programme requirements management, process engineering, and systems administration, and will be based on proven IT methodologies and frameworks.

The Harris team will include Avande, ATS Corporation, Capability Plus Solutions and IndigoIT.

The NETCENTS contract aims to deliver interoperability and the constant evolution of advanced technology and solutions to the air force, Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
