The US Air Force (USAF) has selected Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC) as one of six awardees for the network-centric solutions (NETCENTS-2) enterprise integration and service management (EISM) contract.

Under the US Air Force electronic systems centre contract, DRC is expected to deliver IT portfolio management analyses, enterprise-wide and cross-domain engineering and architectural analyses, enterprise business process reengineering solutions and the development of enterprise service standards and processes.

The company will also procure service performance assessments and scalability planning, and services to develop plans and strategies to implement new service oriented architectures (SOA).

Awarded under the $24.2bn NETCENTS umbrella, the contract has a ceiling value of $460m for all awardees and a duration of three base years plus two one-year option periods.
