The $960m multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract includes a three-year base ordering period and four one-year options, and is anticipated to be available for ordering in late 2012.

Raymond Lopez, ESN president and chief executive officer, said: "In these times of ever-decreasing budgets, it’s important we work with our air force customers to provide the highest quality support and service at the lowest possible price."

According to ESN Air-Land Division’s executive director, James Hunt, the contract involves the company to perform a broad spectrum of IT and engineering-related tasks.

As part of contract, DSD Labs will deliver system/software development, sustainment, system migration, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) integration, training, help desk software/system support, testing and computer deployment and operational support, as well as cloud computing and mobile computer operations to the USAF and Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
