The Canadian Air Force has installed a new command and control (C2 core) software suite developed by Intelligent Software Solutions (ISS).

The national aerospace planning process integration capability (NAPPIC) software will provide significantly expanded mission critical capabilities at a lower cost than previous systems.

Developed on the C2 core framework, the NAPPIC will replace the air battle management capabilities previously offered by the theatre battle management core system.

It will be used by the Canadian Air Force to produce its daily air tasking order (ATO).

ISS has installed the NAPPIC in the Canadian Combined Aerospace Operations Centre and research sites.
