Deals this week: S&K Aerospace, Choctaw Defense Services, Newbegin Enterprises
S&K Aerospace LLC has secured a $559m-worth logistics support services contract from the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).
The company will provide logistics support, as well as operation and maintenance services to the Royal Saudi Air Force’s F-15 Eagle tactical fighter aircraft. It will also supply consumables for F-15 C/D/S/SA fleets.
Awarded by the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center based at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, US, the contract is scheduled to run through March 2023.
The US 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), has awarded a support services contract worth $41.55m to Choctaw Defense Services.
The contractor will provide civil engineer operations, supply, and transportation services for Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, Texas, US, as part of the five-year contract.
Newbegin Enterprises Inc has secured a five-year contract worth $490.5m to provide an internet-based contractor-operated parts store to the US Air Forces Central Command.
Awarded by the US Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), the deal covers automotive and related vehicle parts, corrosion control materials, automotive chemicals, and upholstery materials.
The contractor will also provide accessories for 5,500 to 6,500 vehicles and/or equipment in the Central Command area of responsibility.
Rolls-Royce has been awarded a five-year support services contract worth $845m by the US Air Force (USAF).
The contractor will supply Rolls-Royce AE 2100D3 turboprop engines, propellers and nacelle for the USAF's fleet of C-130J aircraft.
The deal also covers engineering and sustainment support, inventory management, technical data, and repairs.
