Deals this week: Boeing, Leidos, Composite Engineering


The Boeing Company has won a contract to support the Republic of Korea Air Force’s F-15K Slam Eagle multi-role aircraft.

The contractor will provide materials and technical services required for the maintenance and sustainment of the F-15K aircraft.

Leidos has secured a prime contract award for the US Air Force’s Mission Systems Open Architecture Science and Technology (MOAST) programme.

"The equipment to be supplied under the contract will be used by the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and civilian agencies."

Awarded by the US Air Force Research Laboratory, the contract requires Leidos to perform research and development under the MOAST programme.

Composite Engineering, Inc., a subsidiary of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., has won a contract for lot 13 production of Air Force Subscale Aerial Target (AFSAT) for the US Air Force.

Awarded by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, the contract requires Composite Engineering to produce up to 25 AFSAT aircraft.

Garsite/Progress LLC has secured a five-year contract worth $377.5m from the US Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support to supply aircraft refuelling equipment for the US military forces.

The equipment to be supplied under the contract will be used by the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and civilian agencies.

KBRwyle has been selected by the USAF Civil Engineer Center to provide design, engineering and construction services for the US Air Force, under a worldwide engineering & construction contract.

The multi-award task order contract has a base period of five years and three one-year extension options.
