UK-based company BAE Systems plc has announced a partnership with Japanese information and communications solutions provider Fujitsu Limited, for the development of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) sharing system.

The CTI system allows for the exchange of cyber threat data between the two companies based on industry standards and open threat intelligence source tools.

Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI), a company based in the US, has announced a public offering of convertible senior notes.

"The senior notes, due 1 July 2022, will carry interest payable twice a year beginning 1 January next year."

The Boeing Company has announced the pricing of three senior notes offerings for $400m each to fund corporate activities.

The offering includes 1.875% senior notes due 15 June 2023, 2.250% senior notes due 2026 and 3.553% senior notes due 2046.
