The US Air Force has signed a five-year enterprise computing blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contract with HP.

Under the $800m client computing / servers (CCS) BPA contract, HP will supply products selected through the quantum enterprise buy (QEB) procurement system.

HP will provide its business desktop and notebook PCs including workstations, mobile workstations, thin clients, business-rugged PCs and performance displays as part of the contract.

The contract will also include departmental servers and additional storage for existing storage area networks.

The USAF will distribute the products acquired through the CCS award to its bases and facilities across the world.
