The ATC GLOBAL 2013 Exhibition and Conference, on 12-14 March 2013, will unite the international air traffic management community and its stakeholders. Taking place at the Amsterdam RAI, the exhibition and conference will facilitate business partnerships and knowledge sharing between colleagues. In 2012, over 5,500 professionals from 116 countries attended the event.
Now in its 23rd year, ATC Global has a unique position of neutrality that provides a platform from which all views and perspectives can be represented. As such it is the ONLY event that can give you the whole picture of what is happening within the industry and more importantly, what needs to be happening to drive the industry forward.
ATC Global comprises the most comprehensive exhibition of its kind, showcasing a huge and diverse number of exhibiting companies supplying products and services to the international air traffic management marketplace. There is no better place to meet face to face with potential suppliers, with the added benefit of being able to compare multiple products under one roof, over just three days.
ATC Global also features an unrivalled free educational programme of workshops and seminars led by industry experts and thought-leading organisations from across the air traffic management spectrum. Sessions will include best practice discussion and regulatory updates focusing on current hot topics in ATM, from technological development, to cross-border collaboration performance assessment, to working conditions. Every attendee, whatever their level or responsibility, will benefit from this engaging schedule.
ATC Global leads the way by asking the questions that get to the heart of the real issues facing the industry. This year's industry-leading conference will therefore focus on "real world perspectives driving real world change".
The 2013 agenda will push the debate forward from ICAO's 12th Air Navigation Conference in November 2012, to address the progress being made with the ANC 2012 Block Upgrades, evaluate the reality of progress made by ANSPs so far and discuss a real world timetable of implementation.
A distinguished line up of speakers from across the industry will seek to address the challenges that lie ahead for the ATM industry, including: Maurizio Castelletti, Head of Unit Single Sky and Modernisation of Air Traffic Control, Directorate General for Mobility and Transport, European Commission; Todd Donovan, CEO, Thales ATM; Alan Stealey, Divisional Senior Vice President Flight Operations, Emirates Airline; Amadou Ousmane Guitteye, Director General, ASECNA; Jeff Osborne, Managing Director of Technical Operations Support, American Airlines; John Vincent, Deputy Director for Strategic Safety, EASA; and senior executives from London City Airport, the International Air Carrier Association (IACA), and CTAIRA, among others.
Conference delegates, VIPs and speakers will be invited to attend the ATC Global Excellence Awards and VIP Gala Dinner on the evening of Tuesday, 12 March.
2012 saw the successful launch of the ATC Global VIP dinner at ATC Global, attended by over 300 of the industry's elite who were wowed by an after-dinner speech by astronaut Buzz Aldrin. In 2013, this event, held in the grand Elicium Ballroom at the Amsterdam RAI, will become an exceptional evening of celebration and recognition of achievement as the winners will be awarded their prestigious accolades at a celebratory awards ceremony.
