The Massachusetts Department of Workforce Development Awards Hybricon Corporation The Workforce Training Grant For Customer Service And Advanced Sales

Hybricon Corporation is a world-class 'solutions' company providing integrated embedded computing systems, electronic enclosures, and backplanes for military, homeland defense, telecom, industrial and medical imaging applications.
Hybricon, the industry's leader in backplane design, offering the newest technologies for VME, VME64X, CompactPCI, VXS, VPS, mTCA and custom bus structures has been awarded a workforce training grant for customer service and advanced sales management. The workforce training grant awarded to Hybricon Corporation is for US$44,300. Hybricon is committed to an aggressive training program to develop and enhance its employees' skills, and will match the training grant with over US$150,000 of its own.

The training providers are Winning Inc., which provides innovative advanced sales management training; and Change Dynamics, a provider of company-wide excellent customer service training. By investing time and money into the training of its employees through this grant, Hybricon Corporation will further develop their superior customer service and will continue with the high performance of its sales team. Hybricon strongly believes that the employees are the most important asset of the company.
The workforce training fund provides businesses and labor organizations with matching grants of up to US$250,000 to finance incumbent worker training. The fund also offers grants of up to US$1 million for companies that meet specific criteria set by the state. Hybricon Corporation is pleased to have been chosen for this award and expects to continue the partnership with the Massachusetts Department of the Workforce Development under the Patrick-Murray administration with several future training grants awards.
