Resource Group are a specialist supplier to aviation and aerospace industries providing recruitment, training and engineering services internationally. Resource Group have been providing manpower services and engineering solutions to the defence market since 1992. Manpower for military production, aircraft maintenance and modification

Resource provides technical manpower skills to support military aircraft production, maintenance and modification. Resource only recruits in aviation, aerospace and defence markets meaning we have years of specialist skills and knowledge, unique to working within this market.

All logistical elements of your project can be managed by Resource from training to travel. Our objective is to build long standing relationships with our clients through hard work and innovative processes. Typical MRO projects have included supporting work on the F16 Falconstar upgrade, A400M and NH90.

F16 Falconstar upgrade personnel

Resource currently have a team of 50 working in Norway for the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Work carried out on the F-16s have included the MLU [mid life update] program and M3, M4 and M5 updates.

Work is also undertaken on SeaKing search and rescue helicopters this includes the IRAN checks [inspect repair as necessary] NVIS fits [Night vision equipment] and any other checks and updates required by the customer.

Electrical installation personnel

Resource is supporting A400M projects with the provision of electrical installation teams to the production line in Seville.

Helicopter production specialists

Resource is supporting NH90 production in Finland with the provision of specialists to support the Scandinavian production centre at Patria.

Resource Engineering Projects (REP) - engineering systems and software

Resource Engineering Projects (REP) is the engineering division of Resource Group and has an 18 year track record in delivering high quality services to both civil and military markets.

REP provide software and systems development services for safety and mission-critical high-integrity embedded applications. This includes everything from the supply of independent verification and validation activities through to full life cycle delivery.

REP operate an ISO9001:2001 and TickIT compliant quality management system and work to the highest industry standards including DEF 00-56 & DO178B Level A to E. Applications include C130J, C27J, EH101, Global Hawk, Nimrod, P3 Orion, US-1A and V22 Osprey.

Mechanical engineering for defence markets - CAD/CAM services

REP’s CADCAM and DMU division provide end to end product lifecycle management (PLM) and product data management systems and services (PDM/DMU). REP also supply CAD/CAM engineering and associated training (PLM/PDM/CAD/CAM/composites design and stress) across military programmes.

Existing and recent programmes include the digital mock-up (DMU) for structures, electrics and systems on the A400M.

Easa part 147 approved aircraft maintenance training

Our Joint Venture with Lufthansa Technical Training, enables us to provide aircraft maintenance fundamentals training covering EASA Part 66 Category A, B1.1, B1.3 & B2 approvals.
